Brent is a native of Indiana, and has been diving for over 30 years.
He is a PADI Open Water Instructor and has dived the waters of the
Caribbean and South Pacific.
Brent holds a Masters of Fine Art from the University of Michigan
and has taught graduate level art courses in Medical and Biological
Illustration. The original oil painting of 'Turtle Pass', depicting a
Hawksbill turtle cruising the eastern reef of Grand Cayman, was
recently on display at the New York Museum of Natural History.
Since first visiting Grand Cayman in 1979, Brent has focused his
undersea art on Cayman's profound undersea world. Working in
oils, watercolors, and mixed media, Brent's goal is to create an
original collection of undersea paintings that will capture the
pageantry and realism of the undersea world.

In Brent's undersea paintings, pillarsof coral replace mountains, rivers of sand replace winding streams, and schools of fish replace flocks of
birds in these unique underseascapes.
Several prints and Giclees are available and many new paintings will soon be released.
Brent is currently living and working in Phoenix, Arizona and has recently produced numerous southwestern landscape paintings based on the
beautiful scenery in that area.
